Design
After receiving a plan from a certified (LD) or home owner instruction we will construct plans and computer renderings to preview project and eliminate mistakes.
Goodwin Lawn and Landscape sets ourself apart from the competition by providing in house computer rendering services. The advantage with us lies beyond the initial design. We provide extremely detailed bid sheets in tandem with our renderings giving the most accurate possible estimates and eliminating costly mistakes. Computer design services are offered in two phases; for projects with relatively minor changes, overlaying animations of plants over pictures or creating small sketch areas with potential product may be produced. For projects involving multiple steps such as hardscapes & landscapes or major landscape changes a design plan will be required and house measurements will be taken.
Landscape computer design renderings will be provided as screenshots & services are available as computer design translations only for a fee. Goodwin Lawn and Landscape is not a licensed Landscape Designer (LD); however, we work with several local designers to provide a foundation for large projects.
